Homemade Ranch Dressing

Powder Ingredients;

1/4 cup black pepper
1 1/2 cups parsley flakes
1/2 cup garlic salt
2 tablespoons sea salt (or kosher salt)
1/4 cup granulated garlic
3/4 cup granulated onion (or onion powder)
2 tablespoons dill week

Directions:
1.  Combine all ingredients and store in airtight container.  Makes about 3 1/2 cups of dry mix.

2.  To make the dressing, whisk together 2-3 tablespoons of dry ranch mix with 2 cups each of mayonnaise and buttermilk, 1 1/2 cups of sour cream, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.  Refrigerate for 2 hours.  Makes about 1 3/4 quarts of dressing.

*This makes a great marinade for fish and chicken prior to sauteing, baking, or grilling.
